Contract CHEF / COOK / CDP / SOUS CHEF
Our company is a new company with F & B concepts from overseas. We are looking for highly motivated, young dynamic & experienced professionals with positive attitudes & personality to fill the following position for our New Restaurant concepts :
- Minimum 2 years in same position with excellent understanding of Asian / Western Food
- Formal culinary training preferred (min. Diploma in culinary / hospitality)
- Passion for cooking and creativity in developing new menus that embrace variety and quality
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Demonstrates ability to control food and labor costs
- Communicates effectively in both English and Indonesian
- Indonesian citizen
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position from Hotel/Restaurant, particularly in Asian culinary background
- Minimum 3 years in same position.
- Able to train staffs and has good leadership
- Preferably has overseas exposure and experienced in renowned culinary establishment and International Restaurant
- Possesses in depth knowledge in finding innovative menu creation
