Balikpapan based company with more than 15 years of experience in providing services to oil and gas industry in Indonesia. We are seeking for best candidates to fill the vacancy for our project at Total E&P Indonesie :
Service Title : Coord of Vendor Management System
Work Location : Balikpapan
Educational Background : S1
Professional Experience : Business
Personalities : Creative, dynamics, hardworking, energize and high motivation
Languages : Fair in English (written and oral)
Skill & Knowledge : Familiar with oil and gas procurement procces and/or
Familiar with oil and gas market. Analythical and synthesis skill, HSE Management, negotiation, reporting and performs complex studies.
Working Location : Total E&P Indonesie Balipapan
(5:2 / regular working schedule)
RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES :
The Job holder participates to the functioning of the M-P-M entity by performing the following activities :
Supplier Development
Develop Supplier Pre-qualification process
Develop a reference supplier database
Maintain the supplier database
Be point of contract for new suppliers
Keep track of supplier reporting
Support contract engineers when performing supplier evaluations
Main supplier monitoring
Establish a monitoring process of main suppliers performance
Develop strategies for main supplier.
Establish a summary sheet for each main supplier in conjunction with metier patner
Participate in the development of risk management activities.
Participate in the developing the involvement of the IPO in activities of the affiliate
