Responsibilities:
- To gather business processes, create and design functional requirements and may perform project management responsibilities.
- To develop testing plan, test scenario and test conditions based on user requirements.
- Facilitate user meetings and help business users provide innovative ways of using the system to reduce the manual effort and improve efficiency.
- Validate applications design with a view to ensure functional and non-functional requirements are met.
- Advise or collaborate with developers on solutions to issues and system capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Age max 35 years old
- Min. S1 with good academic record
- Min. 2 year experiences
- Industry matters expert – Telco, Banking, Financial Services Industry- is preferred
- Proficient in writing and presenting business documentation/presentation
- High analytical and strong problem solving skill
- Able to work in team, under pressure and tight deadline
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Have a positive attitude, good networking, strong communication and interpersonal skill
